About The owner
Augie Perry has been involved in the restaurant hospitality industry for forty years. His involvement includes positions with national multi-unit operations at Madison Square Gardens Hotels, Henrici’s Restaurants and Sambo’s Restaurants to independent regional multi-unit operations such as Bobby McGee’s Conglomeration, Desert Island Restaurants and Big 4 Restaurants.
Augie holds a B.S. in Accountancy from the University of Illinois. He has been a frequent speaker at industry trade shows. Augie sat as a member in various community organizations such as the Arizona Foster Care Review Board (since 1991), Trauma Intervention Program Advisory Board, Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Yavapai Advisory Board, Prescott Police Foundation and formerly with the Phoenix Zoo’s Wildest Club. He is also a founding member of the Humboldt Unified School District Educational Foundation. Currently he supports various Prescott area non-profit organizations as an active sponsor and donor:

Augie is currently owner of Rock Springs Café and past owner and operator of Augie’s Grill (Prescott Valley & Anthem), Potbelly’s BBQ (Chino Valley), Stanley’s BBQ (Scottsdale), LEO’s Deli (Scottsdale), Bigoli Fine Italian (Scottsdale) and Monterra at WestWorld (Scottsdale). He has also served as a consultant to Country Glazed Ham (Scottsdale), Stockyards (Phoenix), Buster’s (Scottsdale), Delux (Phoenix), Blue Burrito Cafes (Phoenix), Oregano’s Piazza Bistros (Scottsdale), Skye Fine Dining (Peoria), Sweeney’s Grubsteak (Durango), Williams Island (Miami) Chives (Phoenix) and Prescott Golf & Country Club (Prescott).
